How we make money

CounselStack intends to join one affiliate program: PandaDoc. Our application has not been submitted yet, so no affiliate links or commissions are live. Once approved, if you click a PandaDoc link on this site and become a paying customer, we would earn a commission equal to 10% of your first year of subscription revenue, under PandaDoc's published Affiliate Referral Program Agreement. This would cost you nothing extra.

We do not earn commissions from Ironclad, LinkSquares, DocuSign, Juro, Contractbook, Evisort/Workday, Dropbox Sign, SignWell, Concord, GetAccept, or any other vendor mentioned on this site. Links to those vendors are plain editorial links.

Every article carries an affiliate disclosure at the top. If our monetization ever changes, this page will be updated first.

No fake claims policy

• We never invent pricing. Where a vendor uses quote-based pricing, we say "contact sales" and give third-party context only when we can name the source.
• We never invent features, integrations, certifications, customer counts, or review scores. Every claim traces to a vendor page, documentation, or a named third-party source listed at the end of the article.
• We never claim to have tested software we have not used. Our comparisons are research-based, and we say so.
• Estimates are labeled [Estimate]. Ranges from third-party data name their source.
• Rankings are editorial judgments. Commissions do not determine placement: our only planned paying vendor relationship is disclosed above, and our reviews cover many vendors we earn nothing from.

Corrections

Vendors change pricing and features. If you spot an error, we will correct it and note the correction. Nothing on this site is legal advice; verify pricing and features with the vendor before purchasing.
